Deuteronomy 31:6 "Be strong, courageous, and firm; be not in terror before them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you; He will not fail you or forsake you."
One of my closest friends is going through a terrifying health crisis. She's one of the healthiest people I know, and in the space of 24 hours she deteriorated from running 2 1/2 miles easily to being unable to walk. She was admitted to the hospital several days ago but no one has any answers for her yet. Thankfully, she has a stronger faith than nearly anyone else I know. She is surrounded by friends and family who love her, but I know she must feel alone and afraid at times. In the dark of night, this is the verse I hope she holds close to her heart.Pleas keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Please keep us informed of Kim's progress. I truly will keep her in my prayers. When we hear things like this it is a great reminder for us all to always be grateful for everything we have and don't have.
