Today Jack performed in a promotional video for The Kentucky Shakespeare Festival. He's done their summer camps the past two years and just LOVED it. Michael and I have been going to the performances every summer in Central Park since we were dating, and there's just no better way to spend a summer evening. They interviewed the two of us while Jack was performing in another room, but I think we'll end up on the cutting room floor. They asked Michael which performance over the years was his favorite, and I burst out laughing because I don't think he's stayed awake through a single one! I don't have any pics from the professional performances, but here are tidbits from Jack's performances the last two summers. 2008 was A Midsummer Night's Dream (see pictures below) and 2009 was Romeo and Juliet (click for slide show). The professional actors showed up for last year's performance and I think they enjoyed the show even more than the parents! 
Kind of obvious that he enjoyed the sword fight scenes more than the love scenes, huh? Sadly, I don't think that's going to be the case this summer.
